The website was started as part of President Obama’s health challenge to the United States to get 30 minutes of physical activity every day. is easy to navigate and offers more than enough features. There is a search engine where students can search for races and other events going on in their area.

The website has a section for every kind of physical activity including tennis, running, outdoors and more. These sections offer informational and advice articles. There is also a tab for people to find camps and sports camps.

A variety of tools can be found under the “Resources” tab. One tool is the calculators section. This section has a body fat calculator, pace calculator, nutritional needs calculator, and more.

There is also a free training log in the “Resources” section. Students can enter daily workouts and workout stats including pace, time, and intensity. You can also log your heart rate for that workout.

For a monthly fee, students can access more resources like workout plans, routes, etc. Or, instead of paying a monthly fee, students can just purchase workout plans or diet plans. is a great tool with many useful features for students trying to stay healthy and fit.
