Common book discussions
The Common Book Program that was introduced this year will continue through the 2012-2013 school year. The Nature Principle by Richard Louv was the book decided on for Pierce’s 2012-2013 common book, as voted upon by faculty and the Common Book Committee.
John Medina, developmental molecular biologist and author of “Brain Rules: 12 principles for Surviving and Thriving at Work, Home and School,” gave a lecture at Pierce College Puyallup on April 26.
