In 2014, the road to better journalism led the Puyallup Post staff to San Diego — with an unexpected stop in Palm Springs.
The Puyallup Post was well represented during the 30th annual ACP National College Journalism Convention in San Diego, Calif.
While hurricane-like weather slammed the San Diego area, Post staff members honed their journalism skills during three days of workshops that covered a variety of topics from investigative reporting and interview techniques to photography and design.
Here’s a look at just some of the sights on the staff’s adventure in not-so-sunny San Diego.
